How GYNFLUENCE works.

A short animated explainer — what the platform is, how it works, what changes for the practice.

First, the showcase film of the flagship practice. The full practice walkthrough is available on YouTube ↗; the GYNFLUENCE story film follows in autumn 2026 — with the team and real patient voices.

Market overview

Where we fit in.

We looked at the market when we started — and the honest answer is: there are good gynaecology-specific systems and solutions with AI. Our difference is not that AI exists, but that the practice starts fully set up and is proven against a real gynaecology practice as the benchmark.

Market situation 2026

The squeeze on the gynaecology practice.

Rising staff costs, falling fees, heavy bureaucratic pressure — and at the same time fewer and fewer young doctors taking over practices. Anyone who still wants to be operating in 2027 has to restructure now.

You know it: the phone rings while the waiting room is full. Tools that don't talk to each other. Doctor's letters in the evening, the server update at the weekend — and in the back of your mind the question of who will run the practice in five years.

This is exactly where we come in — not with yet another tool, but with a complete solution that genuinely takes the daily load off you. We see ourselves as your solution provider: set up, stay alongside, keep at it. You run the practice — the platform does the rest.

Three drivers, one window of opportunity.

Practice economics are tighter in 2026 than ever before. We see three forces acting at the same time:

  • Fee pressure. Regional-association point values stagnate while material costs and pay scales climb.
  • Bureaucracy. E-patient record, digitalisation mandates, regional-association requirements — all at once.
  • Succession. Young doctors want employment, not 60 hours of self-employment.

Your new platform — everything in one place.
How we work

We don't build the platform. We bring it into your practice.

GYNFLUENCE does not run its own AI platform. Our value lies in integrating, configuring and continuously adapting — to everyday practice life, to gynaecological workflows, to what your team really needs.

What we are not

Not a platform vendor, not a PMS, not a medical care centre.

  • We do not operate the AI software ourselves — we combine specialised components that work for the gynaecology practice.
  • We are not your new IT vendor, locking you into proprietary systems.
  • We are neither a private-billing clearing house nor a medical care centre.
  • We are not a consultancy, that delivers slides and then disappears.
What we are

An integration and optimisation partner. Continuously.

  • Integration partner: We bring the AI platform technology into your practice — gyn-specifically configured, interlocked with your workflows.
  • Process optimiser: We develop and maintain templates, workflows, history forms and letter templates — continuously, at gyn level.
  • Training & support: Your team is brought along in live operation, not in a theory session.
  • Continuous adaptation: What proves itself in a pilot practice flows straight back into your configuration.
Contract model

Two clear components. One price list.

One-off

Fixed setup fee

Integration, configuration, migration, team training. Clearly defined scope, clearly defined price — no hourly-rate walls.

Ongoing

Monthly platform fee

A fixed list price per module and location, based on offered appointment slots — explicitly independent of revenue and case numbers. Scales with your capacity, not your earnings. Included: continuous optimisation, workflow updates, template maintenance.

For a typical practice the fee is below what is spent today on external billing alone — with us, the entire platform integration and ongoing maintenance are included. The price list is identical for every practice; which modules make sense for you is what the 15-minute call is for. Deliberately built this way: no coupling to revenue or case numbers — professionally clean and robust in any arm's-length review.

Ways in

How a practice joins the cohort?

Versprechen

A new platform costs no more than your old one.

Instead of servers and technology in your building, everything runs in a secured German data centre — that's what "cloud" means here. The total monthly cost stays roughly the same. What changes: less maintenance effort, less manual work, more runs automatically — and that offsets the licence costs. The point at which the switch pays off is usually reached within the first year.

Less maintenance

No local server, no telematics tinkering, no update weekends, no backup responsibility. All of that is part of the cloud — maintained by the provider.

Higher automation

Phone, history, doctor's letters, recall — tasks that cost assistant time today are largely automated. That frees up hours in the team's day.

More revenue from less work

More appointments possible per day, fewer no-shows (through automatic reminders), better use of self-pay services (IGeL). That brings extra revenue — with the same team.

We discuss concrete figures in the 15-minute call — they depend on practice size, your current PMS, the number of physicians and the setup effort. What comes out of the call: a realistic picture of your total costs today and tomorrow.

Portfolio · Gynclub

Gynclub — the second pillar. A model that scales to any city.

The statutory practice carries the care mandate — the Gynclub carries the future. A legally independent, fully private gynecology offering that runs alongside the existing practice. Built and proven in live operation in Konstanz. Included as a configured model in every system partnership.

World 1

Statutory practice

The care mandate stays exactly what it is: reliable gynecological primary care with full consultation hours — digitally unburdened by the GYNFLUENCE end-to-end solution.

  • Statutory care + self-pay extras, unchanged
  • Full digitalization: scheduling, intake, documentation, billing
  • The foundation for everything else — runs stable first
World 2

Gynclub

Fully private gynecology delivered by freelance physicians — organizationally and legally independent, in dedicated time slots, with its own brand and its own booking journey.

  • 100% self-pay per treatment — no membership fee
  • Evening and Saturday slots: time instead of throughput
  • An additional, plannable revenue stream for the location
Scaling

One model. Each city in its own environment.

The Gynclub is not a Konstanz one-off — it is a transferable operating model: brand kit, booking journeys, treatment menu, pricing logic, and process chains exist as a ready-made configuration. New locations launch as Gynclub [Your City] — within the system partnership, adapted to the local practice.

Gynclub Konstanz · live Gynclub [Your City]
Clean separationStatutory practice and Gynclub stay legally and organizationally separate — including a clean one-way path from statutory to private.
Physician licenses directlyThe practice software is always licensed directly by the treating physician. We provide setup, configuration, brand, and marketing.
Fair pricingPatients pay per treatment under the private fee schedule — no recurring club fee. Optionally: a voluntary savings arrangement.
The practice as a business

You run a practice. But also a business.

Most systems take care of the treatment day — and leave you alone with everything else that makes a practice a business. GYNFLUENCE thinks about both: a platform for your patients, a backbone for you as the owner.

Reception of a modern gynaecology practice — a symbol for communication on every front
One surface · every contact
For your patients

The whole practice journey — digital, but human

  • Reachable around the clock — never a busy signal
  • Self check-in, forms and appointments without the wait
  • Video consultations and clear communication in any language
  • More of the doctor's time on people, less on screens
For you as the owner

The backbone behind the consultation

  • Numbers up to date daily, not once a year
  • Contracts, employment law and data protection covered
  • Better terms through the strength of the network
  • Visibility that brings in new patients
Communication, all around

A practice doesn't only talk to patients.

Patients

Calls, self check-in, appointments, follow-ups — the first contact that's never busy.

Suppliers

Orders, restocking, terms — documented automatically instead of scattered across the inbox.

Landlord & contracts

Rent, maintenance, insurance, deadlines — in one place, with reminders instead of surprises.

Authorities & payers

Applications, certificates, correspondence — guided and on time, no folder hunting.

Reception on the outside, backbone on the inside — one surface for everyone your practice talks to.

Modules for the business view

Four topics. One platform. Your choice.

The basics are set: the practice system, plus AI phone and online reception. Add on what you need — none of it is mandatory, all of it lives in the same platform.

Less rear-view mirror.

Running a practice off last year's receipts means staring into a badly adjusted rear-view mirror. GYNFLUENCE turns the view forward — live numbers, instead of being blindsided by the annual accounts each spring.

Vision

One platform for gynaecology — across the German-speaking world.

Imagine every gynaecology practice in private care sharing one thing: the cost of developing and procuring great software, secure infrastructure and smart processes. That is the idea behind GYNFLUENCE — an alliance in which every practice stays independent yet benefits from the strength of all.

Germany Austria Switzerland Liechtenstein — statutory & private

Shared development

Building a modern, AI-powered practice platform costs millions. In the alliance, many practices carry that development together — you get the result for a fraction of what going it alone would cost.

Pooled purchasing power

Hosting, telematics, maintenance, AI capacity: what hundreds of practices procure together is cheaper and better negotiated than anything a single practice can source on its own.

Shared quality

Whatever gets improved for one practice becomes available to all. The alliance gets better with every new practice — quality grows with the community instead of being bought from every budget separately.

Not an estimate. A real P&L.

Live P&L · 2025 actuals

Figures from the live accounts of the practice where GYNFLUENCE is being built: a mid-sized statutory & private practice, three physicians, around 150 patient contacts a day. Full financial year, no extrapolation.

Today · going it alone 0 € / Monat

P&L line “practice software & IT” 2025: €38,499 a year — PMS, AI telephony, chatbot, server maintenance, services. Excluding hardware investments and the staff time the patchwork ties up every day.

In the alliance · target model ≈ ⅓ less

One bundle instead of ten contracts: software, AI, hosting, maintenance and updates carried together — at terms only an alliance can negotiate.

Over €0 a year stays in a practice of this size — year after year, before a single hour of saved routine time is even counted.

Actuals from a real practice P&L, anonymised. The alliance target model is a conservative projection — actual terms depend on practice size, module selection and existing contracts, and are agreed after your application.

The more practices join, the better for each one.

With every practice in the alliance, the cost share per practice falls — while what the platform can do rises. A distribution effect becomes an edge no practice could reach alone.

The GYNFLUENCE community.
Admission, not a sale.

Practices admitted to the first cohort get more than software: access to a closed professional community of gynaecology practice owners. Plus ongoing exchange, workshops, marketing material — all being built, tested in real full operation.

Professional exchange

A closed forum for gyn practice owners. Clinical questions, regional-association topics, leading assistants, self-pay (IGeL) experience — not a generalist IT forum where gyn gets lost.

FAQ

What you want to know.

Who is behind GYNFLUENCE?

GYNFLUENCE is being created in the pilot practice FRAUEN ÄRZTINNEN KONSTANZ in close cooperation with Marion, the lead physician. The platform grew out of two years of full operation with 15 staff and 150 patients a day. A story film in autumn 2026 shows how it came about in detail.

What hardware do I need?

Completely ordinary devices: practice PCs, tablets for history-taking, the usual TI connection for secure doctor communication. No servers of your own, nothing that has to be maintained in your building. We recommend the right hardware; it's bought directly from an IT systems house of your choice.

How secure is my patient data?

German cloud, certified to ISO 27001 (a recognised security standard), KBV- and GDPR-compliant. The data does not leave Germany. Automatic backup and encryption are standard. Prepared for secure doctor-to-doctor communication (KIM).

How does the contract work?

There are two contracts: one with GYNFLUENCE (gyn-specific configuration, templates, ongoing optimisation) and one with our platform partner (software licence). The separation protects you — you could in theory end our support and continue with the platform.

What does it cost?

We give prices in the 15-minute call, because they depend on the setup (practice size, number of seats, migration effort). As a rule, the cost is below what a practice currently pays for 8–12 separate tools — with significantly more functionality.

How is the team trained?

Training happens in live operation: first a shadow mode alongside the old system, then step-by-step module activation. The assistants aren't overwhelmed "in a training week", but brought along feature by feature.

What happens to my legacy data?

Data migration from common systems (e.g. tomedo, Medistar, Albis) is part of the migration. Patient records, appointments and billing master data come along. We review this case by case in the 15-minute call.

What sets GYNFLUENCE apart from docport & co.?

Honestly: there are good gynaecology-specific systems and solutions with AI too. Our difference is not dass that AI exists — but that, for the gynaecology practice, GYNFLUENCE fully set up starts fully set up (no self-configuration), is proven against a real practice as the benchmark, and bundles setup, migration and support from a single source. Done-for-you instead of a toolbox.

Am I locked into a cloud provider?

You can leave the platform at any time. Your data is yours, the export is standardised. We don't build vendor lock-in — the platform wins on function, not on switching barriers.

When do you launch in my state?

From autumn 2026 we admit the first external practices, region by region. In the 15-minute call we clarify when your practice could specifically start. The Konstanz pilot is already live.
